Stefflon Don & Tom Walker to Receive ASCAP Vanguard Awards in London

Stefflon Don and Tom Walker would be the recipients of this 12 months’s ASCAP Vanguard Award on the ASCAP London Awards 2018, the efficiency rights group introduced on Monday (Sept. 17).

The ASCAP Vanguard Award is an honor given to musicians in recognition of their affect on new and creating music genres that assist to form the way forward for the music business. 

Don, the award profitable bi-lingual rapper, has most notably collaborated with DJ Khaled, FutureFrench Montana and Drake‘s on his newest No. 1 album, Scorpion. Her single “Hurtin’ Me” went to No. 7 on the U.Okay. Charts and was considered 100 million instances on YouTube. 

Walker caught the business’s consideration with the discharge of his worldwide hit single “Leave a Light On,” which went on to promote 2 million copies worldwide and was streamed over 300 million instances.

The ASCAP London Awards 2018 ceremony is about to happen in downtown London on Oct. 23.
