St. Paul & The Broken Bones stopped by the set of Jimmy Kimmel Live to carry out their house disco monitor “Apollo” from their just lately launched album Young Sick Camellia on Monday (Sept. 10).
The roots-soul octet delivered a high-octane efficiency, mixing collectively Southern soul, disco, and smoky R&B to close perfection. Lead singer Paul Janeway donned a sequined gown and alternated between his signature gruff and raspy vocals with a soulful falsetto proclaiming his love with lyrics like, “Gravity is so loopy, It’s the one manner I ever may contact you,” and “Captain, are you able to hear me?”
