Kanye West is officially on Soulja Boy’s bad side. West released his highly anticipated album Donda earlier this week, which featured a hefty list of collaborators including Jay-Z, Playboi Carti, Lil Baby, The Weeknd, Travis Scott, Lil Durk, Lil Yachty, Young Thug, Kid Cudi and more.
On the list of rappers who didn’t make the cut? Soulja Boy — and in light of his absence, the rapper took to Twitter on Tuesday (Aug. 31) to air his grievances with West, even suggesting that he apologize to Taylor Swift for sabotaging her best female video speech at MTV’s Video Music Awards in 2009.
“U P—y. U really wore that trump hat too. You did a-lot of corny s–t in ur career and got a pass. B—h a– n—a apologize to Taylor swift @kanyewest,” Soulja Boy tweeted. “If u would have ran on stage and snatched a mic from my hand I would have knocked yo a– out live on MTV.”
Soulja also made a dig at West, claiming he “was the first rapper wit @KimKardashian not u.” The rapper added that he wants to fight West one-on-one. “I wanna fight. Do u know how to fight? @kanyewest I feel like u a h-e. Let’s get in the ring?” he added. “I don’t take sh– from NOBODY. I don’t give a f— who u are.”
When Donda was released Sunday, Soulja alleged he was set to appear on “Remote Contol” and publicly shared text messages from Kanye that read, “I love you bro. You’re a genius. Wanna work with you on the new GAP campaign. And my new album.” “Remote Control” features Young Thug instead.
Hours after the rant, Soulja later told his followers on Twitter to head to his YouTube page to watch the music video for his new single “Rick n Morty,” featuring Rich the Kid. West has not publicly responded to the Twitter rant.
