Fans of the Sonic the Hedgehog movie might be happy to know it’s getting a sequel.
A sequel to the Sonic the Hedgehog film is now within the improvement stage, Paramount Pictures and Sega Sammy have introduced.
News of the sequel was confirmed yesterday by Variety.
The sequel will deliver again director Jeff Fowler and scriptwriters Pat Casey and Josh Miller. Casting has but to be confirmed.
Sonic the Hedgehog was launched in theaters earlier this yr and went on to turn out to be one of the most successful video game movies of all time.
For these of you who haven’t had an opportunity to see the movie, it’s out there digitally and on DVD and Blu-Ray. The movie was launched outside of theaters early attributable to theaters closing over the COVID-19 outbreak.
