A modder who goes by Der Kernel has been teasing a bespoke follower. He invites players to set out on adventures accompanied by an intriguing companion.

With the “Dagoth Ur follower” mod, Dagoth Ur—the leader of House Dagoth from The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind—will accompany the player as a unique ally and offer his own commentary. The mod author says he’s trying to keep the portrayal consistent with established lore.

Der Kernel intends to unveil a full trailer and announce the mod’s release date within a few days; for now, he encourages viewers to check out how Skyrim’s opening sequence is reworked by this modification.
