The Crimson Butterfly Costume draws inspiration from Mio Amakura, the lead character in the Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly remake. Players can equip this outfit for Hinako once they install the update and the DLC.
The expansion might not appear on the main Steam page for Silent Hill f. Use this link to add the item directly to your library.
Screen Team is currently developing another entry in the franchise, Silent Hill: Townfall. The studio expects to release the project on September 24, 2026.
