Silent Hill f launched on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S a week ago, and Konami is already celebrating. The title has sold worldwide faster than last year’s remake of Silent Hill 2, and that’s just one of its accomplishments.
This is the first mainline entry in the series to be set in Japan. Japanese audiences took note of that move, helping Neobards Entertainment deliver the strongest opening week for a new series entry in years.
Famitsu has published the latest sales figures for Japan. From September 22 to 28, 57,475 physical copies were sold, earning Silent Hill f the top spot on the magazine’s chart.
