SG Lewis, Chris Lorenzo and Dozens of Dance Industry Execs to Face Off in Charity Soccer Tournament

On October 9, 2025, the music community will swap turntables for cleats when Copa del Rave — the charity soccer tournament organized by members of the dance scene — returns to Los Angeles. The event blends spirited competition with live sets and fundraising, and it is open to the public.

Rosters this year feature artists and executives from across the industry, including SG Lewis, Chris Lorenzo, TEED, Luchero (Apple Music), Ocho On The Beat and Nikita the Wicked. Corporate squads will represent organizations such as Beatport, CAA, Capitol Records, Red Light Management, Infamous, Symphonic Distribution and Stratasonic.

Nigerian dance artist Kah-Lo will headline the halftime show. Additional performances surrounding the on-field action will come from Bolo, Juos, Karaba, Life on Planets, Thee Mike B and Soraya.

The tournament takes place at Evolve Soccer Los Angeles. RSVPs are available now at copadelrave.com. Adidas is the presenting partner for this edition.

2025 marks the sixth edition of Copa del Rave. To date the event has raised more than $60,000 for various causes. Each competing team is required to contribute a donation, and the winning squad earns the privilege of selecting which organization will receive that year’s proceeds.

Last year’s tournament was won by Red Light Management, which awarded its $14,000 prize to Education Through Music and All Hands And Hearts. Other past beneficiaries include the Lewy Body Dementia Association, L.A. Mission, MusiCares and Give a Beat.

Previous rosters have featured high-profile names from electronic music and beyond, such as Diplo, The Chainsmokers and GG Magree — underlining Copa del Rave’s mix of celebration, community and charitable giving.
