EventLab

Gameplay Adjustments
- Closed an exploit where removing a locked tune during PR Stunts allowed players to retain speed, resulting in impossible scores for lower car classes.

- The LINK “Clean Sweep” skill now correctly registers within the Collection Journal.
- Resolved a UI issue where persistent notifications about a “Convoy leader” remained on-screen after completing an event.

- Fixed a material issue where applying chrome paint to plastic components resulted in a flat, matte appearance.
- Resolved a display bug preventing Manufacturer Preset colours from rendering correctly when a livery is active.
- Mitigated clipping and visual glitches occurring when combining specific avatar clothing items.
Leaderboards
- Rivals Leaderboard Reset: All Rivals leaderboards have been cleared to remove unrealistic, exploited times.
- Developer Note: These illegitimate entries were primarily caused by various glitches and the use of Drag Tires prior to the June 15 physics rebalance. We recognize this is frustrating for players who achieved valid times; however, a clean slate ensures a fair environment for everyone. Please note that legitimate lap times recorded for Collection Journal progress will remain unlocked and will not be lost.
- We are currently developing fixes to address similar leaderboard pollution in PR Stunts. Expect a full wipe of those leaderboards once the relevant patches are deployed.
Ongoing Save Data Investigation
We remain dedicated to resolving save file issues across all platforms. Xbox has released updates for both Xbox Series X|S and PC (as of July 2); please ensure your system firmware and game client are fully updated.
Moving forward, should you encounter data synchronization errors, a conflict dialog will appear upon launch. To safeguard your progress, please select the “Cloud Save” option, which will retrieve your most recent server-side backup.
