Season 10 of Diablo 4 Launches With Issues — Blizzard Makes Emergency Change to Legendary Item Drops
Some players have already collected a sizable haul of legendary items.
A substantial update for Diablo 4 was released recently, marking the start of Season 10, dubbed “Season of Infernal Chaos.”
Blizzard implemented a wide range of class adjustments, revamped boss loot tables, and introduced a new loot category called “Chaos Armor” — enhanced variants of existing unique items that come with special usage requirements.
Soon after, the Diablo 4 team pushed an emergency hotfix — the developers discovered that legendary loot was not dropping correctly.
“We fixed a bug that caused legendary items to drop more frequently than intended at lower levels, while dropping far less often than they should on higher difficulty settings.”
