Saweetie and Justine Skye are headlining Samsung and Billboard‘s first Songs of the Summer virtual concert, which will premiere July 16 at 3 p.m. ET on Billboard.com.
The concert — presented by Samsung and powered by Billboard‘s Songs of the Summer chart — will be free for Samsung Galaxy owners, while non-Galaxy owners can pay $10 to stream it. Galaxy owners can redeem a code from the Samsung Members app to watch the show on their device, while non-owners can purchase a ticket and then stream it from their device or cast to their TV. The concert will be available to watch from July 16-19.
Or if you want to see it live, music lovers in the tri-state area can RSVP to the show from Billboard’s Twitter page.
Saweetie is currently riding high on the success of her highest-charting hit on the Billboard Hot 100, “Best Friend” featuring Doja Cat, which has so far peaked at No. 14, and is working on her debut album, Pretty Bitch Music. Justine Skye just released her third album, the Timbaland-produced Space & Time, on June 25.
The Songs of the Summer virtual concert wraps up the Summer of Galaxy, which kicked off when Samsung teamed up with Billboard to offer Galaxy owners early access to the annual Songs of the Summer chart, among other perks.
BTS‘ “Butter” has been the only song at No. 1 on the 2021 Songs of the Summer chart so far, with the track spending its third frame atop the chart this week. DaBaby’s “Rockstar,” featuring Roddy Ricch, wrapped at No. 1 on Billboard‘s 2020 Songs of the Summer chart, after ruling the tally for 13 of the 15 tracking weeks last year.
