Sasami has announced an album, Squeeze, with videos for two new songs: “The Greatest” and “Skin a Rat.” Squeeze is due out February 25 via Domino, and features a collaboration with London punk project No Home. She’s also added a string of headlining dates to her tour itinerary, which already included shows supporting Mitski and Japanese Breakfast. Check out both videos below.

“Skin a Rat” features Dirk Verbeuren of Megadeth on drums and “gang vocals” by Vagabon’s Laetitia Tamko and comedian Patti Harrison.  Of the “The Greatest,” Sasami said in a press release: “This song is about how often the greatest, heaviest feelings we have for someone are in the absence of the realization or reciprocation of that love. Like power born out of a black hole. All fantasy.”

In July, Harrison directed Sasami’s video for her cover of Daniel Johnston’s “Sorry Entertainer.” In April, she played the virtual festival DUOS, where musicians and writers performed and discussed their work.
