As the tennis world prepares to watch the clash between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals of Roland Garros this Tuesday May 31, 2022 (exclusively on Amazon Prime Video by the way), on the Roland-Garros eSeries side, it was finally the British William Foster (Fozzy) who won the tournament against to the French Anass Benghazi (Anteo) quite easily it must be admitted. With a fairly clear score of 10-5 / 10-4 / 9-11 / 10-3, Fozzy left with the sum of €3,500 and a big cup, while Anteo had to settle for €1,500. Obviously, Fozzy will be there next year to put his title back into play at the Court Philippe-Chatrier. As a reminder, this was the 5th edition of the Roland-Garros eSeries, with no less than 238,000 participants during the qualifications, with representatives from five countries (Great Britain, France, Colombia, Germany and Iran). Here is a quick video debrief for those who missed the final on Twitch.
