The “Tummy Hurts” vocalist went to the yearly Vanity Fair Oscars Party on Sunday evening (March 10) along with Towa Bird, a fellow artist that invested the previous couple of months visiting with Rapp as a sustaining act upon the latter’s Snow Hard Feelings Tour.
