Remedy Begins Full Production on Max Payne 1 and 2 Remake as Actor is Revealed
Remedy Entertainment has moved on to full production of the Max Payne 1&2 Remake, with Swedish actor Alec Toselli discovered in the project’s cast.
Following the release of Control Resonant, the Finnish studio has focused its resources on the Max Payne 1&2 Remake, which is being created in partnership with Rockstar Games. Official information remains scarce, but players have uncovered the first details about motion capture participants.
According to Toselli’s portfolio on a specialized acting website, he landed a minor role utilizing motion capture. The actor is seemingly not playing Max Payne himself, and he has likely been cast as one of the main character’s allies or enemies.

This marks a debut in the gaming industry for Toselli. His profile also mentions an unnamed project by Creative Assembly.
The actor separately noted work with Goodbye Kansas Studios, which specializes in performance capture and visual effects. The studio previously collaborated with Remedy on trailers for past games. These details point to the transition of the Max Payne 1&2 Remake into full production.
