Rockstar Games has revealed new particulars in regards to the soundtrack and rating to Red Dead Redemption 2, their upcoming Western-themed motion journey video game for PlayStation 4. Original contributions from artists together with Arca, the Mars Volta, and QOTSA drummer Jon Theodore are set to seem on the soundtrack. Saxophonist Colin Stetson was tapped to contribute to the rating, which was composed by Rockstar mainstay Woody Jackson.
Another notable contributor to the Red Dead 2 soundtrack is producer Daniel Lanois, who produced “all of the vocal moments” within the game’s music, with “additional vocal performances from a range of award-winning artists to be revealed soon.”
