PS5 File Size and Preload Date Revealed for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve

Owners of the premium edition will be able to start playing early.

As the release of Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve approaches, details have emerged regarding how much storage space the arcade flight action game will require.

PlayStation Game Size reported that the PS5 version of Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve will take up approximately 108.627 GB.

The standard release of Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve is scheduled for October 2, 2026. Owners of the standard edition will be able to download the game starting on September 29.

Owners of the Deluxe Edition will be able to start playing three days early on September 28, and preloading is already available for them. This edition also includes a custom accessory pack and the PREMIUM ACE PASS PLUS coupon, which “unlocks access to the current season at the time of activation.”
