Practical Magic 2 gets an online release date

The sequel to the fantasy classic “Practical Magic,” featuring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman, is set to make its digital debut on October 13, according to reports from DVD Release Dates.

Following its theatrical release in September, the film managed to pull in $83 million against a $75 million production budget. In this follow-up, the Owens witch sisters embark on a fresh set of perilous adventures.

The ensemble cast has been expanded to include Joey King, Maisie Williams, and Lee Pace, among others. Directed by Susanne Bier (“The Undoing”), the film has faced a lukewarm reception from critics, currently holding a 36% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
