Looks like Lana Del Rey and Quavo may have been spending some quality time in the studio together. The unexpected duo surprised fans by teasing what appears to be an upcoming collaboration, sharing a snippet of the new track on Instagram Thursday (May 9).
In the audio clip, the Migos star talks over an instrumental comprised of Western guitars and trap beats blended with the alt-pop star’s distant vocals. “If you come to the North, I’ll show you around,” Quavo says. “Come take a ride with me. Whenever you ready, call on me.”
The thumbnail attached to the snippet is a Polaroid photo of the rapper appearing to light a cigarette while standing on the front porch of a house, Del Rey sitting on a lawn chair as she looks into the distance.

“If u come from where u come then u were born….Tough!” both artists captioned their shared Instagram post.
Billboard has reached out to Lana Del Rey’s and Quavo’s reps for comment.
Fan reactions in the replies ranged from surprised to intrigued by the premise of the two stars teaming up, with one person writing, “The most random crossover ever.”
Another person commented, “Quavo and Lana cooking music together!!! We all here know that this is going to be fire!!!”
The news comes three days after the “Summertime Sadness” singer stunned fans with a glamorous, woodland-couture look at the 2024 Met Gala, where she walked the carpet in a custom Alexander McQueen gown complete with a veil supported by tree branches. On Wednesday (May 8), Del Rey posted a video with Quavo at the rapper’s V12 club in Atlanta, which she called her “favorite spot” in the city, on her Story.
