PNAU Announces Seventh Studio Album ‘AHHCade’

With their upcoming seventh studio album, AHHCade, Australian electronic heavyweights PNAU are aiming directly for the listener’s soul.

“There is a profound sense of belonging inherent in this music, reflecting the journey we’ve taken,” says PNAU’s Nick Littlemore. “Whether it’s Peter and me or our various collaborators, our goal is to build a sanctuary on the dancefloor—a space that resonates deeply with the listener.” The new project is slated for a July 31 release via the Sydney-based independent label etcetc, in partnership with TMRW Music.

“We are crafting songs driven by heart,” Littlemore continues. “While they are undeniably rooted in electronics and cutting-edge technology, at their core, they are pure emotional expressions.”

The new collection features the previously released “Tu Corazon (Your Heart),” a collaboration with Mexican rock outfit The Warning, alongside the electrifying new single “Nirvana.” This latest track, created with hip-hop duo EARTHGANG and the fresh project sadMONTH—a collaboration between Littlemore and Toronto producer Dom Dias—is officially available today, May 8.

Regarding “Nirvana,” Littlemore notes that it signifies the dawn of a new chapter. “It’s fierce, frenetic, and pays homage to the future of punk-electronic music. Prepare yourself for a sound that is intense, infectious, and beautifully unhinged.”

Reflecting on the collaboration, EARTHGANG added, “With ‘Nirvana,’ we really tapped into that euphoric, enlightened frequency alongside PNAU, riding that electro wave. We’re grateful to everyone who poured their energy into making this track a massive anthem.”

Beyond this, PNAU promises a series of unexpected collaborative surprises in the near future.

Formed by lifelong friends Nick Littlemore and Peter Mayes, PNAU follows up their 2024 effort, Sambanova, with this new record. The duo’s history is storied, marked by significant accolades and chart-topping success. Their international profile skyrocketed with their contributions to Elton John’s 2012 remix collection, Good Morning to the Night, which debuted at No. 1 on the U.K. Albums Chart. The pair subsequently reunited with John for the 2021 global phenomenon “Cold Heart” featuring Dua Lipa.

To celebrate the release of AHHCade, PNAU will launch the Australian leg of their Nirvana Tour 2026 next month. The regional East Coast tour kicks off on Friday, June 19, at Gilligan’s in Cairns and concludes on July 4 at the Woodport Hotel in Erina.
