PlayStation Hits the Streets; Reebok Readies Sneakers With ’90s Nostalgia
To commemorate its 30th anniversary, Reebok will release a distinctive sneaker collection for the U.S. and European markets inspired by Sony’s original PlayStation console.
Sony is further positioning PlayStation as a lifestyle icon and expanding its presence in streetwear. This time the company has teamed up with a renowned sportswear manufacturer. The collection is slated to debut in October.
The PlayStation x Reebok range comprises three sneaker models, each honoring a different region where the console was launched:
- InstaPump Fury 94 — Japan (¥37,000);
- Pump Omni Zone II — United States ($220);
- Workout Plus — United Kingdom (£150).
Each pair is delivered in limited-edition packaging that echoes the original PlayStation design, unified by an anniversary gray palette and nostalgic signature details.
