Photos from the set of The Mummy 4 have emerged

Academy Award-winning actors Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz have been spotted on the set of the fourth installment of “The Mummy” franchise in England.

Universal is set to release the film on October 15, 2027. The project will be helmed by directors Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, known for their work on “Ready or Not” and “Scream.” Michael Johnston, star of “Obsession,” has also been cast in a significant role.

Debuting in 1999, the original “The Mummy” followed the high-stakes adventures of archaeologist Rick O’Connell and librarian Evelyn Carnahan. The iconic trilogy collectively grossed $1.25 billion at the global box office.
