Ozzy Osbourne Drops AEG Lawsuit After Company Ends Block-Booking Policy

Ozzy Osbourne’s case towards AEG has been dismissed, Billboard reports. Earlier this yr, Osbourne filed a category motion antitrust lawsuit against AEG over their conditional reserving techniques. The lawsuit alleged that the powerhouse leisure promoter was illegally tying the reserving of its London and Los Angeles venues with their situation known as the Staples Center Commitment. The dedication prohibited artists from taking part in London’s O2 Arena except they agreed to play the Staples Center throughout their Los Angeles tour cease.
