Ozuna collects his 24th No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart as “Tiempo” ascends 5-1 on the June 26-dated survey.
“Tiempo” lifts with a 24% gain in audience impressions, to 8.7 million, in the week ending June 20, according to MRC Data. That’s a 1.7 million increase in audience from the previous week.
The 24th leader is also Ozuna’s fifth No. 1 unaccompanied by any other act dating back to his first win overall through his featured role in Wisin’s “Escápate Conmigo” in September 2017. Here’s a recap of his collection of Latin Airplay No. 1s unaccompanied by any other artist:
Tile, Peak date, Weeks at No. 1
“Unica,” July 28, 2018, two
“Te Soñé De Nuevo,” Sept. 7, 2019, one
“Hasta Que Salga El Sol,” Dec. 14, 2019, one
“Fantasía,” April 11, 2020, one

Looking back at his first No. 1 in 2017, Ozuna ties Daddy Yankee for the third-most leaders since the chart launched in 1994. The latter secured his first No. 1 back in December 2005 (“Rompe,” 15 weeks at No. 1). They both sit behind Enrique Iglesias with 31 No. 1s and J Balvin with 29.
Previously, Ozuna ruled with “Travesuras,” with Nio García, Casper Mágico, Wisin & Yandel, Myke Towers and Flow La Movie (March 16-dated list).
“Tiempo” also sees progress on the airplay-, streaming- and digital sales-blended Hot Latin Songs chart as it jumps 19-15 on the current survey, after its No. 12 debut and peak (May 22-dated tally).
“Tiempo” was written by Ozuna and produced by Sky Rompiendo.
J Balvin, Khalid, Natti Natasha & Becky G Add Career Top 10s: Elsewhere on Latin Airplay, J Balvin extends his third-most top 10 dominion on Latin Airplay as “Otra Noche Sin Ti,” with Khalid, climbs 16-7 with 6.8 million in audience impressions, up 19%. J Balvin continues to stand behind Daddy Yankee’s 42 top 10s record and Iglesias’ 40. Khalid, meanwhile, who secured his first Latin Airplay entry in 2018 (“Silence,” with Marshemello, No. 50 debut and peak), claims his first top 10.
One spot below, Natti Natasha and Becky G’s “Ram Pam Pam” ascends 11-8 with an 8% lift in audience, to 6.7 million. It grants Natti her 11th top 10 and Becky G her fourth. For the latter, it’s her first in almost three years, since “Sin Pijama,” also with Natti Natasha, ruled the tally for one week (August 2018).
