The 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics may have concluded, but gold medalist Amber Glenn is still making headlines for her passion beyond the ice. The figure skating champion recently went viral after footage showed her opening Magic: The Gathering packs during the closing ceremonies—specifically Lorwyn Eclipsed collector boosters. While her Feb. 22 pull of a showcase Bloom Tender was a highlight, it was overshadowed by the massive delivery she received on March 1.
In a recent Instagram story, Glenn unveiled a monumental “care package” from Wizards of the Coast. Acknowledging her public love for the game, Glenn noted that while she has spent an “outrageous amount of money on cardboard” herself over the years, this latest haul was a gift from the developers. Glenn is frequently seen cracking high-end collector boosters, often accompanied by fellow skater Alyssa Liu, proving her dedication to the hobby’s most premium offerings.
The video also introduced her dog, Uki, whose name is inspired by the card Ukkima, Stalking Shadow—a fact Glenn even included in her Team USA profile. Surrounding her gold medal was a staggering assortment of loot: Spider-Man gift bundles, TMNT Pizza boxes, Lorwyn Eclipsed boxes, and several Secret Lair drops. The centerpiece, however, was a Phyrexia: All Will Be One Compleat Bundle. This out-of-print collector’s item currently commands a market price of over $300, with some retailers like Amazon listing it as high as $400.
The high valuation of the Compleat Bundle stems from its exclusive contents. In addition to standard boosters and 40 specialty Phyrexian foil lands, it features the “oil slick raised” foil mythic rares. These unique variants are highly coveted; for instance, the oil slick version of Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines is valued at $129, while Sheoldred, the Apocalypse can reach upwards of $174.
Glenn concluded her reveal by thanking Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast while showcasing an impressive array of 12 Commander decks, including those from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth, Duskmourn, and a Final Fantasy Limit Break collector’s edition. Between the decks and a Modern Horizons 3 play booster box, the total value of the shipment easily exceeds $2,000. Fans are now eagerly waiting for the champion to share what she finds inside.
