Attention, Space Marines!
With Halloween on the horizon and Update 11.0 fast approaching, now is the perfect moment to celebrate both — here are a few treats from the frontlines for you to enjoy.
A Terrifying Threat Approaches 🦇
In the latest Community Update we teased a brand-new PvE Operation and hinted at a “new boss encounter.” Today we can confirm: the adversary is a Tyranid Prime — and, because we love surprises, there are actually two of them. Prepare yourselves.
This fearsome predator is a winged Tyranid apex from the Warrior strain. Its heavy bladed limbs tear through armour and will demand coordinated tactics and firepower to fell.
You’ll confront these foes on Reclamation, the off-world Operation map arriving with Patch 11.0. Your objective: infiltrate the captured vessel and destroy the Tyranid threat from within.
Patch 11.0 will also introduce new Battlefield Conditions in Stratagems mode, alongside additional weapon variants and armour pieces to expand customization and combat options.
Patch 11.0 — Reclamation is scheduled for late November; we’ll share the exact release date as soon as it’s confirmed.
Upcoming DLC
The Reclamation update launches with two cosmetic DLC packs: the Blood Angels Champion Pack and the Salamanders Cosmetic Pack. The Blood Angels Champion skin is specially inspired by the Blood Angels Captain miniature and includes an optional jump-pack variant for Assault builds — a nod to Sanguinary Guard aesthetics.

The Salamanders return with a comprehensive cosmetic pack featuring five armour pieces, four successor chapters, and a selection of decals that capture their unique aesthetic.

Event Results
This month you were tasked with eliminating 400,000 Mutalith Vortex Beasts — and you delivered. Mission accomplished!
In total, more than 400,000 Vortex Beasts were destroyed across the two-week event. As a reward for your collective diligence, the Infiltrator Helmet is being granted to Vanguard and Sniper classes.
Make good use of it!

Public Test Server (PTS) — Still Live
Steam players can test elements of Patch 11 early via the Public Test Server. Until November 4, you can try the new PvE map, Heroic Weapons, the Sanctified Wrath equipment set, Chaos armour mixing in PvP, and other additions on the PTS.

Easy tutorial: how to access the PTS
Please note: cosmetic DLCs require ownership of the Season Pass to equip on the PTS, and the Reclamation boss encounter is not available there. The PTS runs as a separate game build and does not carry over your live progress — it provides players with default maxed loadouts for testing purposes.
If you have feedback, share it via Focus Together or our Discord server.
Recent PTS feedback — quick clarifications:
- Blood Angels Champion pieces will be colour-customisable.
- Salamanders shoulder armour will include an emblem.
- Jump-pack dash attacks are still under review and not final.
Reminder: the PTS is a work-in-progress build; many systems remain subject to change.

Q&A — Responses from the Dev Team
We reviewed a selection of ideas submitted on Focus Together and provided responses with insight from Game Director Dmitry Grigorenko. Below are highlights — visit Focus Together for the full thread and additional replies.
Suggestion: Remove Accolades or make them tradable for Requisition points so they can be farmed.
Response: At present, removing Accolades or enabling direct trade for Requisition points is not planned. We are, however, exploring additional avenues to earn Accolades in future updates.
➡️ Allow All Classes to Use the Space Wolf Champion’s Fur Shoulder Pads
Suggestion: Reduce class restrictions so more suits can use the Space Wolf Champion shoulder pads.
Response: Phobos armour parts don’t fit Tacticus or Gravis sets for lore and visual reasons. The solution will be to create new shoulder pads compatible with those armour types for popular Champion parts — Space Wolf shoulder pads are on that list.
➡️ Power Axe for Tactical and Space Wolves Cosmetic for Tactical
Response: We’re planning something more ambitious and nuanced than a straightforward cosmetic swap. Stay tuned for a more creative implementation.
➡️ Add MK VII Helmet Without Laurels
Response: Yes — a laurel-free version of the MK VII helmet is planned for a future update.
Suggestion: Add a training simulator or shooting range aboard the Battle Barge.
Response: We intend to expand the Battle Barge with training features in a future update.
Each month we prioritise the most discussed and upvoted ideas, but with over 10,000 submissions we need time to evaluate and respond thoughtfully. Thank you for your patience and for contributing to the game’s evolution.
That’s all for this month!
