No Case Should Remain Unsolved comes to PS5 on August 19

PLAYISM will release No Case Should Remain Unsolved for PlayStation 5 on August 19, 2026. The mystery adventure from Korean indie developer Somi is already available on Steam and Nintendo Switch.

The same day, PLAYISM plans to start sales of the first original merchandise based on the game. The publisher says the PS5 version will keep the text-based detective structure that made the project stand out on PC.

No Case Should Remain Unsolved follows retired police detective Jeon Gyeong as she revisits the disappearance of Seowon, a girl who went missing from a playground on February 5, 2012. The case remained unsolved for 12 years, and the player rebuilds it through scattered memories and testimonies.

The central mechanic is built around sorting fragments. Players have to understand who said each line, how the statements connect, and which parts of the old investigation contradict one another.

On Steam, the game has an Overwhelmingly Positive rating, with around 10,000 reviewers and 96% recommendations according to PLAYISM. The PS5 version supports English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Indonesian. The price is listed as 9.99 USD.
