One might think that this is a bad joke, but it is unfortunately not the case: New World, the famous MMO from Amazon Games, already postponed three times, will not be released on the 31st. August 2021 as was expected on the last news. In a statement relayed on social networks, the developers explain that this difficult choice was motivated by the feedback from the closed beta which ended a few days ago. Aware that yet another postponement does not necessarily give a good image of a game, the teams ask players to trust them, especially as the beta has been a great success with more than a million players who have tested the game. Also on Twitch, New World has made a lot of visibility and Amazon wants to take advantage of this enthusiasm so that the game’s release is flawless. As a result, New World has a new release date: September 28, 2021.
