Quentin Tarantino is issuing a revamped edition of the two-part Kill Bill saga, subtitled “The Whole Bloody Affair.” For the first time, both volumes will be merged into a single feature, complemented by additional bonus material.
The worldwide premiere is scheduled for December 5, 2025. Distribution will be handled by Lionsgate.
The release is expected to omit the original first film’s finale and the brief recap from the second installment. Instead, Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair will include a 7.5-minute animated sequence Tarantino first discussed in 2014.
The original films starred Uma Thurman, Lucy Liu, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, Gordon Liu and others.
