Natalie Portman Becomes a Mother for the Third Time

Natalie Portman has welcomed her third child. The 45-year-old actress gave birth in Paris to a baby with her partner, French musician and producer Tanguy Destable.

Portman is already a mother to two children from her previous marriage to director and choreographer Benjamin Millepied: 15-year-old son Aleph and 9-year-old daughter Amalia. This marks the first child for Destable.

The actress first shared the news of her pregnancy in an April interview with Harper’s Bazaar. Portman reflected on her experience, noting that she approached motherhood this time around with a newfound sense of gratitude and serenity. She shared that with age, she has gained a clearer perspective on the people she chooses to surround herself with and the environment she wishes to cultivate. She also alluded to the possibility that this would be her final pregnancy, prompting her to cherish every moment.

The relationship between Portman and Destable became public in March 2025, following a report by the French outlet Voici. Since then, the couple has made several public appearances together, though they generally prefer to keep the details of their private life out of the spotlight.
