Monster Hunter Iceborne provides a brand new area and new monsters immediately

Today the seasoned killers of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne kick within the doorways to a brand new area of the world and promptly set about turning its residents into new hats and jackets. The free replace opens the Tundra area of the Guiding Lands and provides two new monsters, Safi’jiiva and Stygian Zinogre. That’s one pink dragon and one electrical lizard canine, able to be sewn into slippers. Come meet them!

This right here is Stygian Zingore, who I hear “has a symbiotic relationship with Dracophage Bugs, which it releases like bullets.” An electrical lizard canine with a gun constructed of bugs, then.

And this right here introduces Safi’jivia in addition to the month-long Safi’jiiva Siege occasion that may begin subsequent week:

What majestic beasts! What flashy weapons and armour they’ll make!

It appears significantly harsh to whittle a monster all the way down to make tiny variations of its ears for your self. Though I do like the massive sword from Safi’jivia.

See the version 12.11.00 patch notes for extra on all the pieces in immediately’s replace.

As with different Monster Hunter: World updates on PC, all this hit the console variations months in the past. However, Capcom do plan to have the PC model caught up by April then roll future updates out to all variations on the similar time from May onwards. Before then, April will convey fiery variants of Brachydios and Rajang.

Monster Hunter: World is one in every of the best action games on PC, sez us.
