The youthful ensemble of Stranger Things has certainly matured—so much so that Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, have joyfully announced the adoption of their first child, a baby girl.
On August 21, the couple revealed on Instagram their exciting news: “This summer, we welcome our sweet baby girl through adoption. We are beyond thrilled to begin this next chapter of parenthood with both peace and privacy. And just like that, there were three.”
Brown and Bongiovi, who exchanged vows in an intimate U.S. ceremony last year surrounded by close family—among them rock legend Jon Bon Jovi—have been basking in newlywed bliss. Reflecting on their special day for BBC’s The One Show, Bon Jovi shared, “It was a very small family wedding, the bride looked stunning, and Jake was on cloud nine.”
In the months ahead, Brown will return to her iconic role as Eleven in the final chapter of Netflix’s Stranger Things. The freshly released trailer teases Eleven’s preparation for an epic showdown against Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower) to save Hawkins. Volume 1 debuts November 26, Volume 2 on December 25, and the grand finale arrives December 31.
