Microsoft Removes Add‑On Discounts for Game Pass Subscribers

Earlier, Call of Duty fans noticed that Game Pass no longer provides discounts on CoD Points.

Reporters observed that after discounts on in-game currency disappeared, the price reductions that Xbox Game Pass subscribers used to receive for add‑on content have also been removed.

The 10% discount on certain downloadable content for Game Pass members has been withdrawn for everyone except EA Play titles, where the perk remains. A few bundles still reflect the 10% reduction — for example, premium upgrades for South of Midnight and Indiana Jones — but most add‑ons are now offered at full price. One case in point is the Order of Giants pack for Indiana Jones, which no longer carries the discount.

The change affects only additional content; the 20% discount on full game purchases from the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate catalog still applies in most instances.

Microsoft has also removed Game Pass subscribers’ discounts on Call of Duty in‑game currency.
