Marvel Rivals Developers Announce Season 4.5 Start Date

The next season of Marvel Rivals is set to begin in under two weeks. NetEase has prepared a wealth of fresh content, and a new hero — Daredevil — will officially join the roster. However, the update includes more than just this addition.

The launch date for the upcoming season is Friday, October 10, 2025. This was confirmed by the roadmap released alongside Angela in Season 4. The previous seasons also debuted on Fridays, so this timing is consistent.

Daredevil will be the next playable hero, though his exact role has not yet been disclosed. More information is expected by the end of the week. NetEase usually opens an early access build seven days before the official release, and Season 4.5 is likely to follow the same schedule.

The developers are also preparing a new map, but its arrival is planned for roughly two weeks after the season goes live.

There will be no new battle pass — the current pass will remain in effect for the entirety of Season 4.5. Players will continue to earn rewards, including a ranked skin for Angela during the month. The update will also add a ranked skin for Daredevil, available to anyone who reaches Gold rank.
