Maroon 5 notches its record-extending 15th leader on Billboard‘s Adult Pop Airplay radio chart as “Beautiful Mistakes,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion, rises from No. 2 to No. 1 on the list dated July 3.
The Adam Levine-led band first topped the chart with “This Love” in April 2004 and had most recently reigned for 14 weeks in December 2019-March 2020 with “Memories.”
Maroon 5 also adds its record-padding 101st cumulative week at No. 1 on Adult Pop Airplay. That’s almost the double the runner-up sum (Matchbox Twenty’s 54), dating to the chart’s first appearance in Billboard magazine in March 1996.
