Mario Kart World Update Adds New Knockout Tour Routes and Photo Mode Stickers

Mario Kart World is receiving a fresh update today, injecting new content into its high-stakes Knockout Tour mode and enhancing the creative potential of its Photo Mode.
Expanding the Knockout Tour
Players can now tackle two demanding new routes within the Knockout Tour elimination mode: Drill Rally and Boomerang Rally. The former creates an intense bridge between the industrial grit of Wario Shipyard and the classic hazards of Bowser’s Castle, while the latter bridges the gap between the surf-drenched Salty Salty Speedway and the elevated challenges of Whistlestop Summit. Note that these tracks unlock exclusively for those who have successfully completed at least one Knockout Tour event. Nintendo has confirmed that this is just the beginning, with additional routes slated for future expansions.
Personalize Your Snapshots
Beyond the competitive additions, Photo Mode has been overhauled to allow for deeper customization. Players can now decorate their in-game captures with a variety of collectible stickers, adding a vibrant layer of personality to every race highlight. You can see these new features in motion in the trailer below:
