Maneater will therefore be available on Nintendo Switch from May 25. This is indeed what Deep Silver announces through an official press release, which allows us to recall that the game has already taken care of the Xbox One, the PS4 and the PC in May 2020, before to land on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PS5 last November via an update.
Initially, the Kyoto hybrid console was also scheduled to host Maneater last year, but the developers of Tripwire Interactive had decided to give themselves additional time to refine this version. There is no doubt that COVID-19 and teleworking prompted the studio to make this choice. For the record, our Maneater test is available at this address.
Finally, according to the confidences of artistic director Sean McBride, a DLC is currently in preparation at Tripwire Interactive. We do not know the content for the moment, but we can bet on the presence of new sharks to play.
