Lola Young to Step Away Temporarily to “Work on Myself” After Collapsing on Stage

Lola Young announced she will step away from performing after collapsing while onstage at the New York City stop of the All Things Go Festival on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

In an Instagram message shared on Tuesday, September 30, the rising English pop artist told followers she needs time to focus on her health and has canceled all upcoming appearances. “I’m going away for a while,” she wrote. “It pains me to say I have to cancel everything for the foreseeable future.”

Young thanked fans for their support and expressed regret to anyone who bought tickets to see her. “I’m so sorry to let anyone down who has bought a ticket to see me; it hurts me more than you know,” she added.

The announcement follows the onstage incident at All Things Go, after which Young assured fans she was “doing okay.” Prior to that, she had withdrawn at the last minute from Audacy’s We Can Survive concert at Prudential Center in New Jersey, with her team citing a “sensitive matter” related to mental health.

She also pulled out of the festival’s Washington, D.C. edition, writing that she loves performing and doesn’t take her commitments lightly. Young asked for patience and understanding, saying she hopes audiences will give her another chance when she’s recovered and ready to return.

Young’s latest album, I’m Only F—ing Myself, was released in mid‑September 2025.
