Rumor has it that this week’s new music releases are good as hell!
Among the fresh tunes that arrived Aug. 13 is the highly anticipated Lizzo single “Rumors” featuring Cardi B. The “Truth Hurts” singer has been a bit quiet when it comes to music releases since dropping third studio album Cuz I Love You and its hit single “Juice” in 2019, and “Rumors” is a welcome return.
Another collab fans got excited about after its announcement is Elton John and Dua Lipa’s “Cold Heart (PNAU Remix).” It melds the legendary singer’s “Kiss the Bride,” “Rocket Man,” “Where’s the Shoorah?” and “Sacrifice” into a dance bop featuring Dua’s vocals.
Dan + Shay also offered some Good Things in the form of their latest album. The pop-country duo spend 32 minutes dropping catchy lines on love and friendship, and the album includes previously released tunes such as “10,000 Hours” and “Glad You Exist.”
