Black Velvet options the beforehand launched music “I Feel a Change,” plus covers of songs by Nirvana, Neil Young, and Rodriguez. The recordings had been culled from the classes of his three albums: 2011’s No Time for Dreaming, 2013’s Victim of Love, and 2016’s Changes (2016).
