Laureates of the “One Sixth” Festival Announced

The fourth international debut film festival of the Eurasian continent, “One Sixth,” concluded in Yekaterinburg.

The Grand Prix of the fiction competition was awarded to the Nepali drama «Shambala», directed by Min Bahadur Bham. The prize for Best National Fiction Debut went to «Give Me Flowers», directed by Vitaly Sleptsov. The award for Best Foreign Fiction Debut was presented to the Swiss film «The Daredevils», directed by Yasmin Gordon.

• Grand Prix — Nonfiction Competition: «The Wind Has No Tail» (dir. Ivan Vlasov, Nikita Stashkevich)
• Best National Fiction Debut: «Give Me Flowers» (dir. Vitaly Sleptsov)
• Best National Nonfiction Debut (tie): «Fragile» (dir. Maksim Anshin) and «Shadows Off‑Screen» (dir. Ivan Baturin)
• Best Foreign Fiction Debut: «The Daredevils» (dir. Yasmin Gordon, Switzerland)
• Best Foreign Nonfiction Debut: «About a Hero» (dir. Petr Winevich, Denmark)
• Best Festival Debut: Actress Maria Prokopyeva («The Roof»)
• Audience Award — Fiction Competition: «Head‑On» (dir. Kamila Ramazanova)
