Latin Remix of the Week: Boza Reels In Lunay, Lenny Tavarez, Juhn & Beele for ‘Ella’ Redo

In the spring, Boza (real name: Humberto Ceballos Boza) dropped his catchy reggaeton track “Ella.” Six months later, he reels in Lunay, Lenny Tavarez, Juhn and Beéle for a just-as-infectious remix.

Produced by Boza’s longtime producer Faster and co-penned by Boza, Faster and Alberto Gaitan, the lyrical content in “Ella” was inspired by Manu Chao’s classic love ode “Me Gustas Tu.” In the track, the Panamanian artist details a long list of everything he likes about a special lady.

Keeping the song’s essence but with four extra voices, “Ella” went from being a three-minute song to an almost six-minute jam featuring Panamanian, Colombian and Puerto Rican star power.

On the remix, also helmed by Faster (real name: Irving Manuel Quintero Valdez), Lunay, Lenny, Juhn and Beéle add their distinctive swagger and verses. The song’s beat and chorus remain intact with the harmonizing vocals of all five urban acts.

In the original music video, Boza is in different colorful settings chasing the girl he likes. In the remix’s video, all five artists are seen doing the same. This time, however, they activate real-life dolls in the mission of finding their dream girl.
