A person charged with stalking Lana Del Rey in Florida has acquired a one-year jail sentence after pleading no contest, The Fader reports (via Orlando NBC affiliate WESH). Michael Shawn Hunt, 43, took a plea deal that meant aggravated stalking and weapons prices had been dropped, WESH reports.
Hunt had been arrested close to the Amway Center earlier than Del Rey’s Orlando tour cease in February, having posted allegedly threatening Facebook messages, Orlando Sentinel reported. In a since-deleted tweet, Del Rey alluded to the incident: “Hey kiddos,” she wrote in February. “I’m doing fine thanks for the messages.”
