Tuesday (Sept. 11) marks the 17th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist assaults — the deadliest assault within the United States thus far. Since the 2001 assaults, September 11 has develop into an annual day of observance and reflection on the tragic occasions.
Many celebrities extended their condolences on Tuesday, and Lady Gaga took to Twitter to pay her respects as properly. The New York native wrote to followers, “I’ll always remember that day so long as I dwell. It jogs my memory in moments like these, as I replicate, the significance of kindness and love on this world.”
The singer then instructed her followers honor the lives that have been misplaced on that day and closed the tweet out with #NeverForget.
