While Konami has come under fire from mosquitos since the internet has massively shared photos of the dented faces of efootball players (PES 2022), we learn through the VGC site that the Japanese publisher has taken steps to return to video games, a sector that it has somewhat neglected in recent years. According to the American site, Konami would have launched the production of a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, considered by many to be the best episode of the saga. The Japanese publisher would have mandated an external Chinese studio to take care of restoring the game, while another home license will also benefit from a new treatment. This franchise is Castlevania, which again seems to interest the publisher who would like a complete reboot of the series and reimagined the game. Again, the development process is still in its infancy. VGC does not stop there and returns to this great rumor which announces the return of Silent Hill, with an episode developed by a renowned Japanese studio. Obviously, with all the mess generated by Abandoned’s messy communication, we do not really know where to turn, but it seems that at Konami, we want to redo the video game. Which is already a great step forward.
