Burgeoning urbano artist Kevin Fret has been shot and killed in Puerto Rico, Puerto Rican newspaper El Vocero studies and Remezcla confirms by way of an announcement from Fret’s supervisor. The artist, who described himself as the primary overtly homosexual Latin entice star, was reportedly shot eight instances whereas using a bike in Rio Piedras early this morning. He was 24.
Fret’s demise is the newest in a current string of murders in Puerto Rico. An FBI official not too long ago declared that the island is dealing with a “crisis of violence.” Police declare that Fret’s homicide is the 22nd murder in Puerto Rico in 2019, CBS News reports. His demise is being investigated by police.
“Kevin was an artistic soul, a big-hearted dreamer,” his supervisor Eduardo Rodriguez stated in a statement. “His passion was music, and still had a lot to do. This violence must stop. There are no words that describe the feeling we have and the pain that causes us to know that a person with so many dreams has to go. We must all unite in these difficult times, and ask for much peace for our beloved Puerto Rico.”
