If you weren’t among the fortunate few to witness Justin Bieber’s unannounced pop-up show in Los Angeles this past weekend, there is no need to worry. The intimate gig was merely a tantalizing preview of what is on the horizon.
On Tuesday, March 31, Bieber fueled the excitement by posting a high-energy highlight reel to X (formerly Twitter) documenting his exclusive night at The Roxy Theater. The legendary West Hollywood venue, which holds only 500 people, set the stage for the surprise event. Bieber accompanied the 90-second montage with a short, evocative message: “See you all soon.”
The footage opens with a shirtless Bieber taking a final bow before a captivated, wall-to-wall audience. The video also showcases the theater’s minimalist marquee—simply reading “Justin Bieber / Tonight Only”—and flashes a glimpse of the commemorative event merchandise: a limited-edition T-shirt marked with the venue’s name and the date of the show.
Throughout the montage, viewers get a front-row seat to the singer’s electrifying set, which featured a collection of tracks from his 2025 albums, Swag and Swag II. Bieber dominated the stage with solo renditions of his Billboard Hot 100 hits, including “Speed Demon,” “Yukon,” “Walking Away,” and “Go Baby.” During his performance of the No. 2 hit “Daisies,” the pop icon was seen sporting a vintage TLC CrazySexyCool World Tour shirt, alternating between raw energy and soulful delivery.
“You guys having fun?” Bieber asked the crowd during a break in the music, prompted by a roar of enthusiastic cheers. While much of the set featured Bieber commanding the stage alone, the energy shifted toward the end of the video as he was joined by a pair of guitarists for a stripped-back, acoustic version of “Everything Hallelujah.”
As the montage draws to a close, Bieber offers a heartfelt gratitude to the fans in attendance. “I just want to say thank you so much for coming tonight,” he told the audience. “This is a little sneak preview into Coachella, which is going to be so much fun.”
Those who missed the secret Roxy session won’t have to wait long for the main event. Bieber is scheduled to headline both Saturday nights—April 11 and April 18—at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Fans can experience the set in person or tune in via Coachella’s official YouTube livestream.
