Jennifer Lopez and Rauw Alejandro are heating things up this summer with their new song “Cambia El Paso.” In the days leading up to the track’s official release on Monday (July 5), the 51-year-old singer and actress has been teasing the collaboration on social media.
On Sunday, Lopez gave fans a sneak peak of the music video, which features images of the superstar singer strutting down the neon-lit streets of Miami in a flashy denim outfit. Another scene finds Alejandro posing confidently next to a luxury car and later showing off some spinning dance moves.
“Ready?” Lopez captioned the post in Spanish on Twitter.
Lopez, whose engagement to Alex Rodriguez was called off earlier this year, recently revealed that “Cambia El Paso” is about moving on. The track’s title translates in English to “change the step.”
“The song is about change and not being afraid to take the step,” she said on SiriusXM’s Pitbull’s Globalization. “Like, just take the step, advance, do what you need to do. If something’s not feeling right, whatever it is in your life, like, just make that move and dance.”
Following her split from Rodriguez, Lopez reignited her romance with former flame Ben Affleck. In recent week, the two stars have been photographed kissing on a date night in Malibu, Calif.
