Acclaimed performers Jelly Roll, the Jonas Brothers, CeCe Winans and country duo Dan + Shay will unite for the Stand Up To Cancer’s ninth biennial televised fundraiser, airing Friday, August 15, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. ET—the first broadcast to originate from Nashville.
Additional performances will come from Noah Cyrus, Gavin DeGraw, Marcus King, Brothers Osborne and Jon Pardi.
Beyond the live acts, the special features pre-recorded appearances by Kevin Bacon, Jamie Foxx, Tim McGraw, Zoe Saldaña, Keith Urban and Reese Witherspoon. Sheryl Crow will host the evening, with Stand Up To Cancer co-founder Katie Couric delivering remarks. Dolly Parton recently spearheaded a digital campaign to promote the broadcast, which will also showcase survivor stories alongside the latest advances in early detection and treatment.
This one-hour event will air across more than 30 U.S. outlets—including all four major broadcast networks, each donating airtime—and will stream on leading digital platforms.
Held at Nashville’s The Pinnacle, the concert is co-produced by Stand Up To Cancer and Done + Dusted. Executive producers include David Jammy and Liz Kelly of Done + Dusted; Stand Up To Cancer co-founders Pamela Oas Williams and Lisa Paulsen; Rod Essig of Creative Artists Agency (CAA); Kevin Yorn of Yorn Levine / BroadLight Capital; and Rick Yorn of LBI Entertainment / BroadLight Capital. James Merryman directs the production, with two-time ACM Guitar Player of the Year Derek Wells serving as musical director.
In the run-up to the broadcast, the #StandUpToCancer campaign—running through August 31—mobilizes creators on Twitch, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube to host fundraising streams in support of cancer research.
