Director J.J. Abrams has introduced the launch of Loud Robot, an indie music label, as The Hollywood Reporter notes. The new enterprise is an offshoot of his manufacturing firm, Bad Robot, and a partnership with Capitol Music Group. The label will run independently however will give Bad Robot the “opportunity to place original music in its film and television shows.” Heading Loud Robot are co-general managers McKee Floyd (Glassnote Entertainment Group), Nicky Berger (Fort William Artist Management ), and Charles Scott (Bad Robot).
